When a security incident hits your practice, we respond in three phases and guide you through each one.
1. Identification
We determine the scope and impact of the incident: which systems are affected, what data is at risk, and whether the attack is still active.
2. Containment and eradication
We isolate affected systems to stop the spread, then eliminate the threat from your environment.
3. Recovery
We plan the restoration with you: recovering from backups, redeploying systems, and documenting what happened so your practice returns to normal operations with stronger defenses than before.
